Terms & Conditions

1. The Lifetime Acetate Polish warranty is specifically for Vherkudara products that use acetate material.
2. The polishing service is free of charge.
3. Frame polishing can only be done on accessible parts of the frame.
4. Contact our Customer Service for consultation regarding frame damage.
5. We do not guarantee a perfect polish result like new; it only conceals scratches or minor defects on the frame.
6. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Processing time is 2-5 working days after we receive the eyeglasses.
